Frequently asked questions
Q – Do you do custom illustrated orders?
A – I only do custom illustrations on a limited basis. Any time I open for custom orders, it will be a limited number of slots and will be announce via my Facebook page. Customs are first come first served when opened.
Q – How do I order?
A – From my planners section, select the size and leather style first, then within the listing you can choose to upgrade your planner in various ways, including upgraded closures, stitching colors, pocket styles etc.
Q – Can you give me a quote?
A – It is usually easier for you to add the components you want via the listing and have the website generate the quote for you 🙂 This way, you can also obtain quotes for shipping at the same time!
Q – How long does it take you to make my notebook?
A – This varies quite a bit. The more complex the notebook, the longer it normally takes. More complex notebooks can take up to 3 months to create, but super simple or illustrated notebooks take between 2 days to 2 weeks 😀
Q – How long does shipping take?
A – Normally about 7 to 14 business days depending on where you are in the world 🙂
Q – What if I want to add something after I have ordered?
A – Only if your item has not yet shipped can I add to your order. Please note, I cannot change any current orders, but it may be possible to add to an already existing order depending on what you want to add.
Q – do you update me during the process?
A – With custom notebooks, I will usually send you a photo of the completed notebook before it ships 🙂
Q – what do you use to paint these? Wont it chip off over time?
A – I use speciality paints made specifically for leather. They will not chip or flake off. You can even wipe it clean with a wet cloth ^^
Q – Do you seal the paint with anything?
A- I certainly do! It is sealed with a clear top coat, again to prevent damage to the paint and make the notebook more durable.
Q – Can I post a photo of my order on social media? Can I tag you?
A – Yes please! We would love for you to tag us #crazy_organized on Instagram 🙂 Word of mouth is how we get the word out about our products. We want people to buy from us because other people use and love our products!
Q – I want to pay with Afterpay, but it won’t let me. Why is that?
A – Afterpay is only available in certain locations at present. If you are outside of the UK, Australia, Canada and New Zealand, it may not work for you.
