Exchanges are possible if the items have not yet shipped. Items that have already shipped are not available for exchange except in circumstances where the item is defective or unusable. In these cases arrangements can be made for repair or replacement of the item depending on the defect in question. If you feel your item is defective. Term definitions
Ready to ship – Items that are already made and not customised. These products were purchased “as is” from our ready to ship section
Customs – any item built to order, including choosing, colors, sizes, covers, etc.
Digital items – Items that are instantly available to you after purchase via download link.
Damaged goods – Damaged goods refers to any item damage from the manufacture of the item and does not include damage received during shipping or from use. Where an item is found to be defective, we will happily pay to return the item to our studio for repairs or replacement.
Examples include
- Excessive paint peeling
- Dye rubbing off excessively
- Stitching unravelling more then 1 cm or leaving stitch holes showing
- Pocket misalignment of more then 3mm
- Incorrect sizing
- punch hole misalignment
- stickers cannot be pealed up due to improper cutting
Note regarding marks on the leather: defects do not include natural leather attributes like scaring, bite marks and brands, These attributes are natural occurrences in high quality full grain leather.
Notes regarding stitching : some showing of stitching ends is normal, those we endeavour to finish all of our thread ends during production.
Notes regarding colors of printed materials : Color differences are not categorised as defects as color displays differently on every monitor/screen then they do in real life. Some color variation is natural.
