Which planner style is which?

Travelers notebooks:  Uses Elastic bands to hold smaller paper bound notebooks (called inserts) inside

Ring Planners: Like the 3 ring binders from high school, ring planners use a ring mechanism to hold paper in place

Hobonichi Planners:  A famed Japanese book bound planner brand favored for it’s fountain pen friendly tomoe river paper.

Notebook Planners: Book bound planners that are perfect for those who like to bullet journal.  They can be any kind of book bound notebook from Archer and Olive to Moleskine

Coil Bound Planners: Bound with Metal or plastic coils, popular brands include Erin Condren, Plum Paper, lime life, and inkwell press

Disc Bound Planners:  Bound using a series of special discs made of metal or plastic, popular brands include MAMBI Happy Planners, ARC by Staples and Levenger.
