Simply smooth is a firmer more structured, high quality vegetable tan leather with a smooth feel. It’s perfect for those who prefer to have a more structured feel, that does not feel overly floppy or soft.

That is, the pages are bound together with either stitching or glue that create a single large block of pages that cannot be moved or rearranged.
